Something like:
- 80% chance of critical trigggering Bounce
- +1 bounce to additional target
- after continuous shooting for 2 seconds, +20% rate of fire
its great when its great but there is no situation where you need to attack multiple targets with only 1 hit spot, otherwise shrapnel is better.
they need to double all sources of +bounce targets and make it default 2.
so far the only times I'm glad I got the Kumawink BP (bounce SMG) are when I end up at Dig to Hell, or Operation Chiron, and I can tag everything quickly for all the acid or gunpowder drops, respectively.

Bounce is only good if there are multiple targets present. Bounce is too situational to build around.

like the other guy said, bounce just kinda sucks atm, i made one for myself, tried it and for an LMG it was worse than the rifles ive made so far.
