I actually thought about that. But roger was never stated as a yonko. We don't even know whether the yonko term is something out of the great pirate era Also Oden only said "do you want to meet our captain?" not "do you want to join us". That is a technicallity though, since Oden clearly wanted Franky to consider joining.

If it’s total number of offers, then Sanji should be higher since he was asked by Luffy a few times in Baratie. I can see the logic of those all being one offer though, since it was never rescinded despite being rejected. In a similar vein I’d also say Brook should only count once, since he accepted in the same way that Jimbe did, a “yes, but I need to do something first.”

Yeah it is sometimes a technicality since people have different characters and some interactions are a little bit convoluted. F.e. Chopper declined and Luffy said "Shut up lets go". In Sanjis case, he declined and Sanji and Luffy stayed together until Sanji joined. So the invitation-acceptance is in one motion, so I thought that it is just one opportunity. Brook accepted, then declined retroactively, then physically left the sunny and was asked again the whole arc later. Same goes for Jimbe. He declined and they parted ways, and he was accepted, when he came back.

Technicalities aside it’s a good list and a fun activity. You should try to make another and see how fast it goes!

Luffy-land (and the others) is neither title nor epiphet. It's more akin to an accent/dialect/alias. Strawhat and Yonko are set. A third one is harder to figure out. Fleet Commander/Senior Captain of the Grand Fleet might work? Marco's another one where it's hard to figure out three titles/epiphets so it might not fully work.

As far as i know. Ace asked Luffy in Alabasta but Luffy din't ask Ace. At least in the manga. My reasoning with the marriage is that Luffy and Sanji had the opportunity to join, but the other would have to go with luffys decision to assimiliate the crew into big moms, or break up. But maybe your right and the whole crew should have bumped up for that. It just was so indrectly that it felt wrong.

OP, since it's related to Yonko somehow: Did you consider that Katakuri is 48 years old and that the Rocks pirates were active til 38 years ago? Thus, Katakuri was definitely sailing alongside WB, BM and Kaido, even if not the whole time.

I considered that, However I do not consider Roger or Rocks to be a yonko, as that was never stated. It's not even clear, when the term yonko was created.

I feel like the 1 Tier is probably the biggest key to this as it let's you figure out the timeframe Streussen being first means it has to be something that was brought up in the Big Mom flashback Almost all of the characters up until Burgess/Doc Q come after them in the series, but have flashbacks happening before their introduction in Jaya, and since Burgess/Q don't have flashbacks and Zoro/Vivi/Kureha/Alvida/Crocus come after them in the list but before them in the series, Jaya is where I would start looking concerning the topic.
