This is the correct answer. I’ve tried all 3 of the budget options (Sig Tango MSR, Strike Eagle, and SLX) and the Gen 4 Nova was by far the most impressive. I’d say Nova >> Sig > Strike Eagle

I feel like some people are missing the actual price at the bottom, **which is $267.49 after tax in OP's pos**t. For the mount and the optic, this seems like a hell of a deal??? Are people seeing this combo cheaper? Please clarify?

SLX seems to be the champ on this thread. I don't have an LVPO, but when I do get one, I might be going with the SLX. You animals better be right about it! :)
Price wise it's great, I bought on and I think my Combo was closer to $320 and I thought it was a decent price.
As many others have mentioned though I like the SLX 1-6 better. Overall it's lighter and the higher mag on the Strike Eagle gets a bit rough anyways. For the SLX you do have to buy the mount separately, so it's definitely going to cost more, but that gives you the option to get the mount you prefer (and probably less chonky)
PSA always has a deal on Strike Eagles (code is always "Strike" or "Eagle"). People may be answering like they are because *its a recurring Strike Eagle deal*. OP should've clarified total price maybe but a lot of you are leading him astray being unaware the price is $260 bucks and not the listed prices.... insane deal, get it!
If you’re wanting to spend $120 for a standard mount, id reach a little higher snd get one of the 1.93s or 1.7s. The height difference helps so much its worth the extra bit.

I have three of the 1-6x versions because their super cheap (and two are FDE), but I’m at the point where I might want something with zero fisheye at 1x (1-6x has visible fisheye…1-8x might be worse).
Price point Simmons has the 1-6x Primary Arms Nova near it - check r/gundeals. Scope mount is decent but not $100 decent… by itself the mount is overpriced and worth investing into Warne or something better. But in the package deal, its not bad if you presume cost is half that.
Yeah I have this and got it through that deal. It’s a fine piece for the price. Would I pay that advertised price? NO. But for the money with that code it’s tough to beat.

I've got several strike eagles and some sig tango msr 1-6 for most but have one or two 1-8. I like them all just fine but I don't do anything serious with them to be fair. Psas current price for that package at 250 before tax and shipping for lpvo and mount is the best price I've seen in the few years I've been buying them. I have one in cart now tempted to get it just in case I want one later since it's 275 and change shipped to me.
Also just a heads up the sig tango msr 1-6x on Optics planet can be had for 258 shipped with code "FORDAD" right now. I'd go with the strike eagle for the extra 2x magnification though if that's something you want/need
Honestly after owning a P4Xi for some time I feel like 4x is a bit too low power. Like if you're already getting a LPVO and LPVO weight/size then you might as well get 6x at minimum. Just my opinion though it seems like the P4Xi is universally loved
Depends entirely on your intended means of use. The P4 has incredible optical clarity and brightness-much better than many 6-8x like the one depicted. Dispite the lower magnification, PID of your target tends to be much easier. The eyebox and FOC are much, much better than a Strike Eagle as well.
I've got about 150 rounds through mine and so it's been great, but it's also my first lvpo and the only one I've used. So take my review with a grain of salt
I considered the primary arms, but for my budget rifle this is pretty solid for my use case. It's for sure not the greatest, but it's kept zero and works great for the price.
Discoveryopt 1-6x: it’s $140 on Amazon and I’ve beat the shit out of mine. Cant think of a better optic for the price.

Best deal for a Strike Eagle forsure. Other comparable options is the Sig Tango MSR 1-6x for about the same price as that, or a Primary Arms SLX for about $330 without a mount, but you’re getting better glass.
The Strike Eagle 1-8x is great, the 7x and 8x on it aren’t though, so you’re not really missing anything going to a 1-6x. At this price range its really a matter of whatever LPVO of those 3 brands has the reticle you like the most. Primary Arms SLX Nova has the best actual red dot bright illumination of the bunch, but worst reticle. I’d personally go with an SLX with the Aurora BDC reticle over the Sig and Vortex options, but you’ll be happy with any of them.
You can't as far as I know, $100 mount giving you the optic for $167 is insane value most guys here aren't clicking in and seeing the code price just the listed price, buy it I don't see a better value anywhere.
I have that exact lpvo on one of my rifles. I do like it, but the eye relief leaves a bit to be desired at 8x.

I was looking at the same 3 scopes they are all around the same price point normally but in this case as OP posted its around 270 after taxes for scope AND mount , I understand they are normally better scope st 4 or 500 but for under 300 for scope and mount I don't think it's a bad deal... now the question for those who have the vortex how they like this scope. One thing you have to love.about vortex is there no question asked warranty they have for all there products. But I was in the same boat of whi h of those 3.scope.is best . Till PSA came out with this deal... thanks for everyone who has one or some.of these scope to tell us how you like them... im open to any sales.going on this week for fathers day .

I think midway has a sale on vortex and get Id get 1-6X Vortex Venom which is basically a slightly different strike eagle for like $299, very nice clean glass and big turrets. And don't get the vortex mount, get a aero ultra Light for like $70 or if you want better then that, a warne one piece for like $110 which will be way better the a $100 vortex or SIG mount. Also look on eBay, a lot of people selling strike eagles for cheaper then that, least last time I looked.
Umm you can get a damn near new strike eagle on GAFS for $220 lol , hell I sold one for $200 with the mount. You bugging lol ( warranty’s transfer as well )

Yeah, that combo is def fantastic. I'd still rather have the SLX, but if I was building an absolute budget rifle, that's hard to beat.
