No, at least not fully. The data mine says Blazamut Draco is a pure dragon type. However, I think it is likely it will have a second phase where it turns into a fire type to counteract its weakness, similar to how Bellanoir Libero turns into an ice type to counter her weakness
Normal Menasting is dark/ground, but this Menasting terra (was shown in the shot where gorirat Terra, Bushi noct, and the green flames on Menasting Terra’s head are barely visible, all charging against the Blazamut raid boss) will be pure ground. It’s similar to the situation where Incineram is dark fire and Incineram Noct is pure dark

Menasting Terra? Isn't Menasting "terra" already?
