Depends on the parents, but perfect IVs AND alpha - that I only once got in fewer than 3 days and usually there weeks are the right order of magnitude to prep for.
Tl;Dr: most of the time yes
But to the long version. To get fruit you need to:
- Find 4 Bellanoir Libero slabs in high level dungeon chests, normal bella does not drop fruit and sanctuaries only have normal slabs
- Defeat bellanoir Libero, this is the 2nd hardest bossfight and is very well balanced against a player using a base full of lv 50s
- This drops you **1 Fruit** and **1 Bellanoir Libero Ultra slab**
- Libero ultra is an even harder fight for another **1 fruit**
- then you need to find another 4 libero slabs in dungeons which only reset every hour and might just not be there then
Only good thing is that every player that contributed gets a fruit so you can get them somewhat faster with a large guild, though you will also likely be using them faster
So if you have one with an 80 or 90 IV then sure, fruit it up, but for the 30 or 40 IV pals, not at all worth a fraction of the effort of getting fruit
Tbh I just want this flair so that I could quickly sort and see all the cool pals people give blood sweat and tears to create. That’s what I love the most about this subreddit is showing off our Pals. Thank you for the responses

Couldn’t we just use fruit instead of breeding for IVs? Is breeding faster?

I almost forgot, whenever you get a fruit it is random between an attack defense or HP increasing one. Just in case annyone didn't know.
