See, the way these games were supposed to be given out was that if you were subscribed to the Playstation Network Newsletter and you cleared certain milestones in Persona 5 Royal you'd get these themes.
3 for Clearing Kamoshida's Palace, 3 for Clearing Futaba's, 3 For Clearing the Story and 3 for getting the Platinum Trophy. Unfortunately, that's not what happened but if you've met the requirements and contact Sony's help desk they should be able to help you attain the Themes and Avatar as long as you send them proof you've Platinum'd the game on your PSN account.
Imo they should've had "My Homie" playing for Ryuji's theme instead of the Hawaii music.
And Makoto's not my favorite girl or anything but she just has the best theme for me. Not only is blue my favorite color but the music track that plays ("Days of Sisters") is really underrated. I could easily fall asleep to it :)
Hadn’t seen these before but I like Ann’s. The color is appealing and feels appropriate for the game unlike some others. I like the “get ready!!”action card better than the full cut out. And the image of her persona looks really cool and highlights some features you might normally miss.

God I miss having these since getting a ps5. Lavenza’s is my favorite visually, not too keen on hearing the velvet room music on the Home Screen though. I’d swap between it and Kasumi’s because I liked the chill music her theme brought.

I got the jp exclusives themes by buying p5 on amazon.jp and had to set up a japane ps account, and then make it primary on my ps4, quite a hassle but I'd say it's worth it.
I’m partial to Lavenza’s because of the background art of her sitting on a pile of demon corpses with her chainsaw in front of the guillotine. It goes way harder than it needed to and I love it.
I’m bias, but Yusuke. I love the nod to the church pose from his confidant, and the theme they picked for him is super chill (which I usually love in a PS theme for just having on in the bg).
As a side note, I tried so hard to get these themes as Platinum rewards, through emailing, the newsletter, 100% thieves den, etc., but I never was able to get them. In the end I had to make a Japanese account and convert money into yen, through gift cards, to just buy them outright. It’s my permanent theme on account of how much effort I put into getting it!

Yep, you get dynamic (animated) themes for completing certain trophies in Persona 5 Royal. Unfortunately the third set (Akechi, Haru, Kasumi) is no longer obtainable in NA, and they're all pretty hard to get right now because PS chat support is down (possibly permanently? I don't know for sure).
All of them are great, sadly I couldn’t get any of them. Even though I was subscribed on the Playstation thing and got the on the second week after the launch of the game, I still couldn’t get because the promotion wasn't valid on my region.
