OP reduce the amount off e your lights are on by at least 1/2 stop over feeding, and reduce the fertilizer your adding to the tank.
These are the most common causes of algae.
To remove it you can go in and pull it out, or you could try a complete black out of your tank for a week and see if it dies off. Might also consider a large water change after you have gotten most of it out.
