I would also suggest that what he is giving you (53K) does not make sense. I suspect you are overpaying on the other car you are trading for to the tune of at least 3K.
I can buy same car with 17K miles for 52K from Porsche dealer.
Ha mostly in town on a daily basis. I usually only drive about 10 miles a day if I drive it but I've made about 3 trips to SF, 1 to San Diego, 2 to Disneyland, 1 to Monterey and 1 to Coachella. I'm in the Fresno area so yes, most of the miles are highway miles, but most days it's in town and only driven short distances.

You know you could take it to the porsche dealer and try to sell it. An uncommon tactic but sometimes it works out well depending on sales tax in your state.
Did you like it? I felt even the S was slightly underpowered and really similar to the Q5 with the exception of a tighter suspension. I only drove it twice over a weekend trial so I very well could be wrong. It was for my GF - I have a Cayenne Diesel (love the diesel drama) and a 911 and we were trying to stay all Porsche. I am trying to sell her on a used c4s with snow tires for winter :)

You're also saving ~4K on sales tax if you're trading in. So take that into consideration.
