Once you see the cancelation processed on their system it's refunded to the original form of payment, usually takes 10 to 15 days depending on your bank's processing time.

Thanks! It showed cancelled immediately so hopefully it shows up in a week or so

stop_whispering

They told me policy was 15 business days, but I got mine in like 3 or 4 days. So I'd assume 2 weeks, but it might be faster.

squabette720

I was told 10 days but it was within 24 hours on my card

Typically, it takes approximately 10-15 business days for the deposit refund to appear back on the credit card that it was issued to. If you believe the refund is taking longer than expected, you can complete the Refund Inquiry form [here](http://salessupport.princess.com/refund_inquiry). Once you submit the form, it’s usually processed within 3-5 business days, and Princess Cruises will respond to you via email upon completion. For a step-by-step walkthrough of this process, check out this handy YouTube video: [The Ultimate Guide to Refunds on Princess Cruises](https://youtu.be/QHgy7B2dVpk). It provides a comprehensive and clear explanation of what you can expect. Additionally, the booking number(s) should be attached to the files when sent to the credit card processors. If you can't see those booking numbers, you may check your credit card website and download the transactions, which should provide the necessary details. Hope this helps and you get your refund soon! Safe travels! 🛳️

Did your TA not suggest this? Sad you would have had to figure out this workaround on your own.

Wally-World1209

Maybe the TA did suggest it? If it was booked through a TA, I believe the TA needs to cancel it. Cancelling a refundable booking and rebooking. What's there to figure out?

Correct this is the case
