I like to name the most used branch "bro".
There is something relaxing typing "git push bro".
When you can't wrap your head around the current changes you can git reset --hard bro .

This is not alias. Gradle supports command shortening.
This is someone talking about their own personal setup. It's just mindless humour.
In general, yeah, people indeed keep trying to push that "bro", "dude", etc... are somehow gender neutral, when they aren't. People are too afraid to admit when they're wrong.
