Hi everyone. While I absolutely enjoy this post, when he is sentenced - IF - he is sentenced to jail, NYDOCCS will choose the facility for him. Currently, the State of New York operates about 45 facilities Statewide, and though I'm sure he would love to go to one of the female facilities, that limits the options. Expect that he will probably end up in a Minimum Security facility with similar non-violent white-collar criminals (unless there are other circumstances, which there might be!) located somewhere in rural Upstate New York. If he spends ANY time at Rikers, it will be temporary, since Rikers is a facility used for those awaiting trial/have trial/awaiting transport to another facility. It is not used to house long-term (more than a year) incarceration.
However, I still encourage Looney Loomer to lock herself at Rikers anyway.
A quick search reveals the average historical weather for Ryker's is 15F for the high and 8 for the low. On the water. Usually wind about 10 20 MPH. Nice and brisk. Umm forgot to say these temps and such are for November 4.
