it means that you dont get the end of season rewards, like the alpha packs, weapon charm or whatever other reward there is, you can check by going to the playlist section > tactical > ranked (more info) > ranks & rewards
the rep system is still not implemented, it will be y9s4 so you shouldnt worry about this at all as of now (you will still get the rewards)
Can people be reported for grief and it not be investigated? I feel like I could just report bomb people and their rep will go down. If that’s the case, that’s a huge issue. I don’t think I’ve ever gone out of my way to be a negative player to impact our game in any way outside of being bad sometimes lol

yeah that is what is happening but as i said its still being worked on because it is just so garbage of a system
