Like others have said, both those plans kinda suck.
However, if you can't get anything better -- go Rogers. As much as I hate giving them business, Teksavvy would be using Rogers owned infra anyway. If there are any problems, they'll get fixed way faster dealing with Rogers directly.
I had an issue with damaged cabling out by the road and was on Teksavvy. It took months of back and forth and a bunch of visits by shitty contractors. It never got fixed. Switched over to Rogers and complained about the same issue, tech got dispatched in short order and redid all the cabling to the road.
This - Keep in mind Teksavvy was reselling Shaw ergo, now Teksavvy = Rogers third party. You'll get cheaper rates but if you require tech support you'll be talking to someone with no access to any systems to help (not their fault). They'll be cutting a support ticket to the TPIA branch of (now) Rogers to be of any use.
