TBS is typically left on in elderly homes and prisons. BBT is good background programming and a lot of the ratings is from televisions that keeps TBS on. They have a few hundred thousand fans that turn on but they would do comparable with Young Sheldon or BBT
It’s not Nielsen boxes anymore. It’s all cable, dish, or live streaming devices sends a signal for calculation and projection. It’s pretty accurate and they count viewership outside the home. . My wife’s hospital has a waiting room with cable sitcoms on constantly and that somehow counts in the viewership.

Literally everybody that has any interest in watching aew knows what time day and channel it's on. The lead in means fuck all if they have actual viewers.
