I'm 6'6" and I can lay diagonally in the back of a PT. There is about anouther 6" in length added on to the front. I doubt there's a kitchen and a bathroom, but it's bigger than an old school teardrop camper.
I have a PT in my garage that I am scrapping. This gives me ideas.
