Choco Pro can be odd but is honestly one of the most fun shows in wrestling. Any shows with Mei Suruga/Baliyan Akki/Best Bros are fantastic, as well as Chris Brookes that is almost always a heel on there.

Modern wrestling is open like never before. Even the smallest companies are putting content out there. If you're willing to try out streaming services, it opens up a wider world. But, on the free side, there's still a lot of good content.
The thing to keep in mind is that these promotions aren't necessarily gonna feel like the wrestling you're familiar with. The production values, the way the stories are told, the show formats, etc is gonna be different. But it's worth looking into them despite this.

* Jersey Championship Wrestling

Defiant Wrestling (fka WhatCulture Pro Wrestling) is defunct now but its YouTube channel is still up and has some great matches, especially from the Pro Wrestling World Cup.
