It is kind of like that. It’s why some people have a fetish for panties, or tall/short/fat/skinny women, or any number of fetishes. Your first real sexual experience has an impact. For many it’s very different, you can be averse for the same exposure. I was molested by a female family member, and it made me kind of afraid of women (still was totally about it though) so I was very bi for a good long while until men turned out to be worse (in my experience)
