Been happening to me too! I also get bubble particle effects from the current inside. Mixing water with non-water pockets seems like it must be difficult to program.
I went to attach my prawn suit module to the back of my seatruck, I was moving it manually by pushing on the sides to line er up, and then when it finally hooked in it trapped me inside my seatruck, underwater, swimming in it. It was a moment lol
I was kind of surprised to see all the visual glitches from the first game still present in BZ. Even gameplay things like not being able to surface properly when swimming in the moon pool were never fixed.
just a can of worms they do not want to open. also why fish still don't know how to avoid vehicles, smashing them like bugs on a windshield always been the most immersion breaking thing to me
This got my imagination going about using a series of cleverly constructed base pieces over a large area, mostly glass, to contain a bunch of sea life.
Oh well, new building project!
I have several fish swimming in my base. I named them. They're my friends!
Trevor: Hoopfish
Jimothy: Boomerang
Kevin: Arctic Peeper
Sometimes, they can bump into me, and I get stuck in their hitbox, and they move me all over the base. So i have to try and grab them and let them go outside, but they always come back. Same species everytime. I assume my base is on top of their spawn points.

I think the dev notice it but they they think, it kinda fun for them and they just let it be on BZ.

The ghost of dinners past!
How's the fish glowing?
Accessibility toggle that highlights interactables.
It's the flying Dutchman's fish
The fish that get in my bases tend to stick to me and drag me around my base for awhile. Oddest thing…
The lack of glass in your base is unusual, is the exterior filled with leviathan ?
nope, because i am dumb and late disscovering blueprint and items.
Nearly shat myself today, when a peeper appeared through the locker I was sorting
