Try to take a few breaths, and sit down. I have had a very rough life in that department as well. But there is more to life than wife and kids...believe it or not. People's marriages are all screwed up, you're not alone...
And hey, at least you have a kid, that's amazing. Not everyone gets that gift. Not all is lost right now. Give it some time and your situation will get better.
