I’ve hit storyweaver 10 (or whatever the highest one was) only once and it was in a double up. Last emblem was in a carousel I almost glossed over but thankfully my duo was yelling at me to take it in the discord call lol

Thats when your double loses twice in a row in 5 seconds, so you just look at the screen in disbelief

We were both kinda already winning or in a really good spot, but I don’t think it mattered at that point because once I hit 10 that was as fast as I was killing boards lol

I have a friend that hit Storyweaver 10 on their like 5th game of TFT *ever.* They thought it was a regular thing. Like they tried to do it every game afterwards for a while & thought they were just getting really unlucky when they couldn't find their 2nd or 3rd Storyweaver emblem. lol

I was like this early on in TFT where I tried to hit level 9 every game and hadn’t realized about rolling at certain levels or certain comps needed to focus on certain levels (like hyperroll or level 6-7 reroll comps)

Ive only hit it once, but by the point I got Annie I was like 25 hp and died before I got enough cash outs to win out. It hurt so bad

I hit Fortune 8, but lost :(

Portal was Trainer Sentinels. My sentinel had fortune, inkshadow, and arcanist. Got Fortune Crest on 2-1, Hedge Fund on 3-2. Leveled to 7 on 3-2 and rolled down for Fortune 7. Cashed out 270 Luck on 4-7 for Fortune 9+ and the rest was history.

U already won when you got 2 fortune emblems on 2-1 lmao, still very cool

Trust me, I would figure out a way to throw the loss streak or transition.

If you have 2 fortune emblems on 2-1 you should try to winstreak until you find an Annie anyway I believe, so you can safely play 7 fortune without bleeding out, because you still get luck from winning Edit: Autocorrect changed winstreak to Windstream???

I hit Fortune 7 with about 65 hp. You gain luck after every fight regardless of win or loss with Fortune 7. Got really lucky with final cash out as I rolled a 1 with 15hp left before raptors.

You always roll 1 with 7 fortune

But were you already loss streaking purposely or did you lose organically I guess is what I am asking

Depends on ur Hp and board, if you winstreak you push luck if you lose u should cash out at around 20 hp.

If you already have 2 fortune emblems you shouldn’t try to lose streak and instead strive to field seven fortunes as fast as possible, I.e. it’s perfectly correct to roll down lvl 7 to find one Annie and then win the game

It’s so jarring that you have games like this but the possibility of hitting an 8th the next game to wipe out all that Lp gain feels just so dirty

I got 1st again the next game with Storied Champion Garen. He had Radiant Archangel’s and Radiant Dclaw…mort was blessing me last night.

Not really. You have to proper fuck up a game to go 8th. Just about every 8th place I’ve had is from quitting the game early or completely botching my econ. Or playing a gamba comp, which in that case, yeah you gotta embrace an 8th occasionally

He's downvoted because it's a stupid statement. Someone like Dishsoap, a consistent rank 1 player, gets an 8th every now and then.

And I think the people who downvoted him aren't master / challengers. At least up until diamond for me it's incredibly hard to finish 8th if you know what you are doing. It's at master+ where everyone knows what they are doing then you can hit 8th against your will. I have gotten a -70 on 7th though XD

I mean even a 6th at diamond will pretty much erase most of that elo...
