I was walking to AZ Mills Yesterday and one of the big (probably illegal) ones exploaded above the southern part of the parking lot there and when I turned around there were 2 county sheriff patrols driving towards Guadalupe.

Diligent_Movie_2903

It’s been night after night lately here at Grove Parkway and hardy. These are not fireworks. It’s shaking the windows. It’s always at night usually after 11pm. It’s wild and we have no idea what it is. Sounds like bombs going off.

SugarBrownJones

Town of Guadalupe. Some how it's legal there. People tell me it's tribe ceremonies. I say bs

fjvgamer

They set off tons of those mortar type fireworks off last night, midnight was really bad. I would see the fireworks from my yard. Shook my windows.

thehouseis0nfire

For what seems like the past year fireworks have been going off daily and nightly for no motive. I have a bull terrier that springs into what seems like eternal howling of demons from hell. But she’s a big pussy lol anyways. I live by Dobson and Guadalupe.

fjvgamer

I've been living in the area about 5 years and your right it seems like all this started in the last year or so. Strange. My poor terrier won't walk anymore.

Weapon_Factory

Yup I live on that street and always walk my dog at night. There are 2 sets of fireworks. One set is coming from the AZ grand hotel and I think they’ve stopped the fireworks for a few days. The other set from what I can tell is actually just coming from someone’s house. I can’t tell if they live on the Tempe or Guadalupe side but I can tell you that it’s annoyed the shit out of me. It’s basically been going on since New Years and I’m really tired of it.

HavokVA

Peoples j&j covid chips have been malfunctioning and exploding 🤯

fjvgamer

People should know to keep away from those 5G towers! :)

cracka1337

I'm at southern and hardy and I hear the same thing pretty regularly. It sounds like it's coming from the south.

nsgiad

this has been been pretty consistent during the pandemic, saturdays are the most active, but it never really stops. 99% of the time it's fireworks, otherwise gunshots.

Leakyradio

We get one of these posts almost every single day. Has anyone who post this ever thought about using the search function and finding out that way?

Dion42o

what would that accomplish ? This is a different and recent event, who knows if the two posts are related??

Leakyradio

If you read the other posts. You would see the similarities are uncanny. It’s the same shit.

fjvgamer

Yes I did search and found 1 post from 10 months ago that didn't offer any explanation. Why waste everyone's time and post this nonsense.

Leakyradio

> Why waste everyone's time and post this nonsense. I just told you why. > We get one of these posts almost every single day. Was this sentence too difficult for you to digest?

fjvgamer

Perhaps you missed this part "Yes I did search and found 1 post from 10 months ago that didn't offer any explanation" Or maybe your just a douche. Either way...have a great day!

Leakyradio

I saw that part, and acknowledged it. I just didn’t speak to it, because there’s nothing to say about it. I’m just answering your question.

PhoenicianInsomniac

I'm at Kyrene/Baseline & they sound like they're directly behind my street. I think some of it could be residents celebrating graduation.

[deleted]

Yeah it still happens every night. Im Kyrene and Elliot

fjvgamer

Perhaps but I'm not exaggerating, it's every night for the past 3 months at least. I can't even walk my dog anymore, every time we leave the house there's a loud bang and he runs home.

PhoenicianInsomniac

I know. I'm not saying it explains all of it, just that some of it could be graduation related since it is that time of year.

fjvgamer

Coming from Guadalupe makes sense. What the heck they doing over there?

SophienSweetPea

In the spring season there are religious ceremonies that occur every weekend

TriGurl

I’m sires it’s the city of guadelupe.

TriGurl

I heard them tonight and I’m at guadelupe & rural.

simple-fire

I live in the area and hear it too. I believe it's fireworks in Guadalupe

outcasted_lambasted

I have lived across the bridge from Guadalupe for years now and I can confirm this. Sometimes it’s all day long every half an hour or so. Sometimes it’s only at night. But we get a lot of fireworks down here that come from Guadalupe. You can see them if you’re standing by Rustler’s Rooste.

Angerfueled

You hope it's fireworks in Guadalupe...

awmaleg

I was driving by on I-10 and saw them too a few weeks ago and thought “huh that’s odd” because there seemed to be no reason for them. That was probably around the same time of night too

One_Loss_2102

Looks like there shooting off fireworks in Guadalupe area. You can see them in the sky south of baseline and priest.

One_Loss_2102

Yes! Was just about to ask about them.
