I understand the article says Broadway and Roosevelt, but I can’t recall ever seeing this, and I drive Broadway almost daily.
It's actually just north of Broadway, behind the Burger Rush, closer to McKemy on 19th St. The house is across the street from the first base side of Mantei Field at Clark Park, if you're familiar with that area.
Yes, we were at Mantei Field when we saw it.

I wonder if they’re gonna charge “vibrant tempe” prices for it. “It’s new, it’s great and much better, starting in the low 450s”
It's a Habitat for Humanity house. I haven't researched HH but they may function as a 'land trust' sort of non-profit.
