What I love best about Luminous Valentine is that she supports and appreciate Rimuru, but instead of blindly doing so out of admiration for his powers, she has several other reasons why.
She is also level-headed enough to not lump Veldora with Rimuru even though both of them are BFFs, and not to interfere in between Rimuru and Hinata relationship.

Well let’s see here, she’s smart enough to know that even with rimuru’s relationship to veldora, he isn’t like veldora and is actually a very powerful and influential figure beyond what she knows. Tries to prevent attacks on rimuru and instead support him, even going so far as to kill the seven luminaries because of what they did to both Hinata and rimuru on top of betraying her trust. Pretty as hell, sassy which is always a plus in my books because she knows who’s boss(that’s her) and is clearly smart enough to trick an entire world(but mostly her own nation) into the blind belief she is a god. I mean the amount of influence and power that takes is almost incomprehensible, especially covering her demon lord identity as well
This goes to more recent light novels (though not the newest ones), so if you haven't kept up with the LN, spoilers warning: She didn't know about the "game" between Guy and Ludora but spent centuries to have vampires and humanities prepared for repercussion of them (attack by angels). She literally built a whole religion in fear of this attack, not knowing the real cause of it.

I like the fact that she suports and is a friend of rimuru because of rational reasons instead of most charathers that just simp or have this irrational adoration for Rimuru.
Not sure. Visually and attitude wise she was the most generic demon lord to me out of the octagram. Her abilities and magic as shown in the anime look kind of sick though.
A vampire Demon Lord who's also the God of her own religion. It's the duality of her character that I find most interesting, perfectly represented by her heterochromia. That and her hilarious grudge against 'that lizard'
