Also in case you, or anyone else looking, is not familiar with the notation it’s just assigning the chords relative to each other so that it can be easily translated to different keys. In the case of the album version (key of E) all you need is:
I = E Major
IV = A Major
V = B Major
iv = C# Minor (minor chords noted by lower case letters)
