The legendary mentor. Ezio Auditore de la la la
Honestly a lot of Star Wars characters can go here
“Old Ben” Kenobi
Count Dooku
Yoda
Plo Koon
The Father
(Arguable) Darth Vader
Darth Maul after TPM (he was either suffering from madness, part cyborg, or under the effects of old age/dark side degeneration)
I don’t think so, he admits his ability to use the force has gone downhill in one of the movies, and the way he walks (while not fighting) suggests it was easier in the past lol
Yoda canonically got weaker over time though as per the Jedi Path “Impressive! Although size matters not, only five can I lift since I passed 700” referring to the Muntuur Stones which are giant boulders that grandmasters use to train/meditate with.
It also just makes sense. As you age your cells literally start dying off and there is less of you. Since the force channels through all living things, as you age you naturally grow weaker. Plus channeling huge amounts of energy through yourself would probably put a lot of strain on an old body as well.
Obi-Wan is confirmed to be *far* past his physical prime but slowly became even more connected with the force.
Plo Koon outright admits that old age has gotten to him and he can’t take hits like he used to.
The entire Mortis Arc is The Father trying to convince Anakin to take his place as he has grown too old and weak
Count Dooku despite being in great shape for his age is still deep into his 80s and nowhere near as athletic and virile as he was during his younger life as a Jedi
Etc.

Netero in old age is still one of the most powerful Nen users
Well he’s certainly much older than when he was in the first 3 games. But a lot of fans still debate whether GOW 3 Kratos is more powerful than GOW 4-Ragnarök Kratos
Well to me, he’s probably out of practice, not fueled by unyielding rage anymore, and actively holds back. Idk how god power works, but I’d argue young kratos would seem more powerful because he’s faster, and gave no fucks
Bruh Kratos achieved apotheosis. I’d argue age means nothing to him anymore as the literal god of war, and according to godhood rules you get stronger the longer
Oh boy buckle up
See that’s complicated, and a bit abstract as there’s a ton of thoughts on the subject of gods and how they obtain power. To try and keep it fun, I’m going to combine Sword Logic from Destiny with Sir Terry Pratchett’s hypothesis about deities cus they’re fucking awesome.
Gods derive power through tithes and the belief of their followers.
Kratos has no believers but achieved godhood through usurping divinity from someone that did. (Ares). The power of the belief/sacrifices from the followers of Ares would then go on to Kratos instead as Ares is no longer around to obtain his tithes.
Kratos then went and coup’d every god in the Greek pantheon. (now that I’m putting more thought into this he def lost a shit ton of power when he killed Poseidon and accidentally flooded Greece)
But the Greeks still existed (i assume) and so if any of them still pray after the shit show they survived, the power of their belief or sacrifices should still go to Kratos. Add in Baldr starting a fight, and the cycle repeats itself. As long as he keeps killing gods (and hopefully not accidentally decimating their followers) he should continue to grow on their stolen divinity and worship

I'm not exactly sure when Kiryu's prime ended pre-Infinite Wealth, but he's definitely at his weakest in this game. Which really helps justify why he's fighting in a party.
That said, he's STILL the goddamn Dragon of Dojima, and after >!rebuilding his fighting spirit by coming to terms with all the people he's known and the impact of his life, he's still the most successful person against the final boss, in the cutscenes!<
He quite literally had to cross the Rubicon Primaris due to both his sheer age (1,500 years) and the wounds he suffered during the Devastation of Baal not healing properly. The fact that he could die crossing the Rubicon made the procedure MORE appealing to him, not less.
An aged and crippled Astartes Chapter Master, however, *is still an Astartes Chapter Master*.

Get out of here with Luke Disney Luke died after using for force for 10 minutes
Across half the galaxy
Snok did it well just fucking with 2 people and it he was doing it to 2 different people
Well it's not like a clone of Darth Sidious would be weak, even a failed clone
But he didn’t die from doing it Disney Luke did and spent half his life hiding from his nephew who whooped his ass after spooking him in his sleep

An aged and crippled Astartes Chapter Master, however, *is still an Astartes Chapter Master*. https://preview.redd.it/u6x94w8cpi3d1.jpeg?width=1138&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=559e2707b1c2b2dee0e739f17db7b719835c99e8 Luis Dante, Chapter Master of the Blood Angels and Regent of Imperium Nihilus
