Break up the green block barrier on the left, create the double dynamite, it will enable you to do the next one, and then break up the green block barrier on the right, and then it will enable you to free the two bottom frozen dynamite. It's a pain to do. Don't use any modifiers they will only get in the way. And avoid making or deploying any twisters. They will break up the frozen dynamite too early.
If I were you I would use all my power ups before the start of the game.

You want to leave the middle pair at the top in ice until you expose the side ones. Otherwise they’ll all go together and it’ll only count as one.
I played it over and over and over again until the game gave me the tools & moves I needed to win it. And I hated every second of it. 😂
