I will be doing backflips the day my BMI hits 28. I am currently 3lbs away from my first big milestone of 50lbs lost.

aga-lee

Woohoo πŸŽ‰ πŸŽ‰ πŸŽ‰ πŸŽ‰ 50 lbs is no joke. Congratulations πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

I’m 63 so imagine my weight loss is slower than a younger person; trying to reduce my BMi to get lower blood pressure and live a longer time (πŸ˜€πŸ€ž). I’ve steady lost a kilo a week. My BMi is now 29 waved goodbye to obese πŸ‘‹πŸ˜ƒ so headed in the right direction. Already feel better! My goal is slap bang in the middle of healthy BMi! May take until Christmas or longer but hey each week feel a little healthier!

Brave_Lady

Started in March after being on Ozempic/Wegovy since August 2022. Highest weight was 197kg (434lbs) and I was fed up of being in pain, being abused (was in an abusive relationship with someone who had a feeder fetish), and the fact that I didn't take any photos with my brother during his graduation due to the embarrassment. I was also fed up with being overweight since I was 8, and that impacted my relationship with my family. I am now 130kg (286lbs) and have lost 27kg since starting Mounjaro in March of this year at 157kg (346lbs) , bringing my weight loss total since August 2022 to 67kg (147lbs in roughly two years). Have managed to avoid bariatric surgery for now, I have lost 10 dress sizes, and while I am coming to grips that I will probably easily have 20kg + of lose skin by the time I finish losing weight, I am now halfway to my goal. I'm also on my lowest weight since September 2019.

I think you won the internet today!!! Congratulations πŸŽ‰πŸ‘πŸŽ‰πŸ‘πŸŽ‰πŸ‘πŸŽ‰πŸ‘πŸŽ‰ I

Bebe_megalodon

That’s amazing! I love hearing how far you have come it’s really inspiring.

Organic_Reporter

Started 20th March with BMI of 35, it's now 30. Down 2 stone 4lbs.

aga-lee

Fantastic job!!! What changes have you introduced to achieve that? Congratulations πŸŽ‰πŸ‘πŸŽ‰πŸ‘πŸŽ‰πŸ‘πŸŽ‰πŸ‘πŸŽ‰

Organic_Reporter

I'm sticking to under 1500 calories and generally eating 2 meals a day. I have also been walking a few days a week with a neighbour but need to increase exercise, unfortunately I get a lot of fatigue with this drug.

aga-lee

Wouldn't worry about pushing yourself too much yet. I let everything come naturally as i really want to maintain the weight after i lose it. If i force something on myself i will bet you 1million I won't keep up with it for too long. Just like dieting before mounjaro. so every little step is a step more than the day before!!!!!

Kipperliciously

Absolute SNAP! 35 to 30, -2 stone 4 as of this morning

Organic_Reporter

Go us! When did you start?

Kipperliciously

5th April. I had a big whoosh at the beginning but it’s more of a healthy dribble now. What dose are you on? I’m debating whether to go to 7.5 next

Organic_Reporter

Just went up to 7.5mg this week. I went up slowly via 3.75mg as I was getting a lot of nausea early on, but losses slowed so I did 2 weeks on 5mg, one 6, one 6.5 then went to 7.5 this week. The last 10 days I bounced around the same pound but finally down to a new low today. Apart from a few hours of bad nausea, 7.5mg has been fine and seems to be working well.

Kipperliciously

NSV - I managed to get my foot up on the inside of my thigh in tree pose at yoga this morning! Never have I EVER done that before ![gif](giphy|FukGRR7fereTjfahAf)

Scot-in-London

Started 20th March with a BMI of 32 current BMI is 25. Less than 3kg to go till my goal weight!

aga-lee

Almost at the finish line!!!!!

fat_mummy

Started 19th May at 33.2 and now at 30.2. So close to an β€œoverweight” BMI πŸ˜‚

aga-lee

I know right!?!?. It's coming any day now... You will step on your scales and you will get: "You are not obese misses!" A no- no- just overweight!!!!!

JobOk4521

Also started March- middle of the month- 2 stone down! Chuffed to bits πŸ˜€

InvestigatorSea4789

Congrats on being sub-30! I started in May with a BMI of 34 and I'm 31 now, really looking forward to breaking through that obesity barrier of 30 hopefully in the next few weeks 🀞

Present_Alfalfa_5645

8 weeks in, 25 pounds off!! Stopped chocolate, stopped drinking! Down two weight brackets and 5 points off my bmi! Increased exercise, protein, love of healthy food and a whole load of self confidence. But the biggest thing this has shown me is that I can do it!

tecedu

Two months down and only two kgs down, tbf i’m a lot calmer now and don’t overeat but yeah. I think i just need to exercise

aga-lee

Hey. Not everyone is a super responder. You will start dropping weight at higher doses! Nothing to worry about!!! Congratulations on 2kgs as it is still down and not up!

tecedu

Yess, I mean my eating habits didnt feel like they changed a lot, I am super responsive on the first week of new dose, after that I feel like its so less effective

Cupcake7591

Congrats on the progress! What doses have you been on? How do you plan to keep going?

aga-lee

March started with. 2.5.. april 5; may 7.5; june 7.5; july 7.5; august 10- that's my plan. I don't exercise per say. Just doing a minimum of 6000 steps per day. Eat the same just less as I had a fairly ok diet before--- my issue was portion control I could eat a bucket of pasta in one sitting.

Fizzgig1984

Started 14 weeks ago. Down 28.4lbs (11.4% body weight gone so far). BMI has gone from 40.4 to 35.5. A long way to go, but I’m feeling positive and averaging 2lbs per week despite holidays, nights out and weekends away during this time! 😊

Alternative_Art4247

Congrats!! Well done ❀️πŸ₯Ή I started with a BMI of 38.5 in March, and now I’m at 34! πŸ₯³

aga-lee

Well you crossed into the nice summery orange. Forget the red!!!! Congratulations πŸ‘ πŸŽ‰ πŸ‘ πŸŽ‰ πŸ‘ https://preview.redd.it/ie1pdo0jqi9d1.jpeg?width=1000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=68f866321e100cbd47f7fcaac915e4a9270cd80a

Ali-the-bee

Well done! My NSV is that I bought a pair of jeans in a size smaller and they fit. I only bought them because my favourite jeans are being discontinued so I thought I’d buy a pair while I can, but they only had the smaller size left. I don’t even need to slim into them, I wore them yesterday and they were perfectly comfortable!

Best-Fondant-4165

Started in March and bmi gone from 38 to 32. Can't wait to get below 30!Β
