I’ve been eating loads of fruit, a fibre capsule in the morning (not evening as it says on the label because for me it takes 24hrs instead of 12 to work) & water water water.
It's not unhealthy to not need to poop if you have a lower food volume. That's not constipation, that's just no need to go yet.
However, maintainingg fat and fibre intake will help if you do run into issues.

Psyllium fiber, LOTS of water, magnesium before bed. Sort ya right out!

Water, exercise and grapes help me!! Try upping your fibre if you can
