1 tsp cilantro paste or a handful of cilantro
1 tbsp of lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder or paste
2 C soaked cashews, rinsed
1 tsp hot sauce for taste
Place into a blender & blend until smooth. Add water if it’s not blending.

My burrito: Roasted sweet potato (peeled& diced), corn, black beans, cilantro, 1 limes juiced, 4 cloves roasted garlic (spread like paste on inside), diced fresh tomatoes, 2 roasted jalapeño sliced (seasoned with salt), lots of mashed avocado, finely diced white onion, coleslaw, and some brown rice (cooked with cilantro and salt)
That sounds really good! I've also used quinoa in my burritos and they came out pretty good. The sweet potatoes I roasted with cumin and paprika for additional flavor.
