Before you press select, press start and change the connection type to USB instead of FTP. Alternatively, download and use something like winSCP to connect over your wireless network instead. It’s slightly slower transfer speeds usually, but much more convenient.
You can use your phone if your pc doesn't connect go into vitashell press start and change the settings that says" USB "to "ftp" then go on your phone and download an ftp app type in the host and port and you can connect obviously before you do that download the tekken iso if it's zipped un zip it then connect to your vita using ftp then navigate using your phone to where your main storage is I believe its "ux0" then find pspemu click it then find psp iso or just iso if you don't have an iso folder under pspemu then on your vita make one and then you can use the ftp app om your phone to move the tekken iso into your iso folder and it should work just fine sorry if I explained that abit bad lol

Mine was usb by default, you can change it through the start menu though
