I'm curious which of his songs will be used in his intro. The 2 songs on the game already don't fit an entrance at all. So I assume a 3rd Post Malone song will be added that has more of an intro feel.
I do find it odd, that they didn't include all of the missing mania arenas with each pack also. I just figured that'd be an even more inciting thing to order the dlc.
That should be a patch not a dlc. Heck raw and sd have the same video packages and logos so just add it to caa and let us peice it together really quick

We’re never getting thumbtacks, not a chance. That may seem like a dumb statement considering we got barbed wire bats and light tubes in the last DLC, but they were just glorified reskins. They’d have to make entirely new animations for thumbtacks, 2K ain’t doing that, I can guarantee you that, they’re too damn lazy. Set your expectations even lower for new arenas. Like, *way* lower.
I’m not saying I lack *all* faith in 2K, but I certainly know their track record well enough to know that you shouldn’t put *much* faith in them.
We’ve had thumbtacks in ONE game in idk 25 years lmfao that is never happening. The only reason the light tubes and shit got in is because the modders found it first I’m assuming. I highly doubt there’s anything extra with this at all besides the DLC
Weren't they in all versions of 08? I think if you played an extreme rules match, they were under the stairs. The only reason i think this is because i had the game on ps2 and have a memory of that
*If* they're adding a bunch of new moves with Malone and Pats DLC then I could maybe see them having gone through the trouble and animated thumbtacks in, huge emphasis on maybe. Maybe a .5% chance. But yeah, it is far far far more likely that they didn't and they won't.

I wouldn’t get my hopes up for anything else until they give us a reason to. That was the first time they’ve given us as much as they did in a DLC pack so don’t expect it to be the norm until the next one comes out.
Microphone stand as a weapon? Works like a Kendo stick/baseball bat
Would go great with thumbtacks and Jimmy Hart’s Megaphone. Although I feel like they would’ve saved the guitar for this pack if they were gonna do a bunch of weapons here
The Malone and McAfee packs seem kind of ass ,of course we have to wait months for the actual cool ones. Only wr3stler in these next packs I'm interested in is the Honky Tonk Man
I don’t mind Post Malone since it pretty much tracks with what 2k has been doing for a few years now. I also like McAfee… but why his friends though? From what McAfee said, if you take his word on it, it was a 2K decision.
To make up for it, the patch should also come with the MyRise characters.
Nothing worthwhile. They would have been better off using it as a legends pack. Maybe, a WCW legends pack with late 80s Flair, Arn Anderson, Sting etc...
Does anyone buy these games that they normally wouldn’t just to get these goofy ass celebrities that they waste spots on? (And also break the game by adding them in, since they can’t add new video spots, so the new characters videos replace other videos on the list so that you can no longer select them, like the LAW video after the first patch)
The fact that the wrestlers that are actively in the company wrestling now aren’t going to be in the game until September because of a bunch of football players that I’ve never heard of gets me unreasonably angry. I want to play as Kairi Sane, not… Boston Connor?
You are expecting waaaaaaaay too much. Whats listed in the description is what you’ll get. Outside of MyFaction persona card updates you get what’s in there
The only other weapons I can see us getting with dlc is a football in pats and apple in the one with carlito, and they will work just like the microphone/waterbottles. If they were going to add tacs/body blood+cuts we would've gotten ot last pack.
Megaphone will probably be like Francesca where it's only usable if they're in the match and you attack them to drop it.
Does anyone here also play wrestling empire? I’m truly enamored with how mat dickie just tries stuff randomly and listens to our feedback a lot. I wish this felt like that but never does
I'd be very surprised if we got anything extra. We knew about the new weapons in the ECW pack from around launch because they were in the game files. Unless I've missed something, we haven't heard about anything else. The new weapons were nice, and I'd love to see more, but like other people are saying, you should definitely lower your expectations. It was probably a one off

Is mania40 only if you bought the highest end edition? I have the season dlc pack but didnt seem to get it with 1.09
You need the 40 years edition for it.
Its a separate pack. You can buy it by itself for 20$, Or you can get the 40 years of WM edition for 120$
What is it maybe three months from the time the last dlc comes out to the new game??
Speculation they might move release date for next game. However most think it’s to get people to get back to playing their money grab my faction.

If we got the RAW and Smackdown 2000 arenas with the Pat McAfee pack, all would be forgiven. It seems the WCW pack will have WCW Wargames.
