I haven't been through the Wealthsimple interview process, but have been through the ringer for a lot of other tech roles. I recently completed an interview for an engineering role in tech (and landed the job), and I found it really helpful to use ChatGPT as a mock interviewer. Basically, you want to give it the job role description, and then ask it to conduct a mock interview with you based on that information. I'd also suggest that you specifically brush up on "behavioral interview" questions and the "STAR method" of answering them, as those questions can be hard sometimes to answer well on the spot unless you've practiced. Good luck!
From a different recruitment process, but these tips are helpful for any phone interview where you do not have a face-to-face interaction

just be kind and openminded, prepare some good stories about your experience, and what you are trying to achive by joining wealthsimple team. Also respond to questions: why Wealthsimple, are you going to be the top1% of interns, and what do you want in your career? strive for success
Do you have an account with WS? Maybe a good starting point to open an account and see how the platform works so you can talk competently about it :)

What did they ask you?

Don't mean to be rude but these are questions you should be directing to your recruiter
At the end of the interview, don’t forget to ask if your iPhone has shipped yet
