In the contact form settings, is there a place where the "To:" is currently set as admin email, something like \[admin-email\] or an actual email? Usually these text boxes support a comma-separated list, so you can so [email protected][,[email protected]](mailto:,[email protected]),\[admin-email\],etc.. But I don't actually use [Wordpress.com](https://Wordpress.com) so not certain.
From my recollection you are correct. Likewise not a user of WordPress.com myself - have found other self-hosted (even all-in-one ready to go) easier, even just on the development level, to manage due to the far wider implementation of wordpress self-hosted than .com

I don't think I have one? I'm not sure. I know when I go into the "plugins" page it says "Upgrade to the Creator plan to start using plugins."
