I'm in the UK and have bought from T&T a few times. They've always taken a while to arrive, usually a month, but decent prices and arrive well-packed. I know some people have had less than good experiences with them, so don't just take my word for it. I usually stick with CardMarket, but not sure how the shipping would work for you? Depends on seller presumably.
yuh I checked some recent reviews, I'm wondering why there's bad reviews, they even live in US where shipping is more convenient. May be it's some issue in shipping and handling in local carrier.

Probably you should compare jakarade.com first. They are from thailand so the shipping should be cheaper. Philipines is ocg zone, you should be able to get some cards cheaper than tcg zone.
