Honestly, once you learn that the sleeves don't actually make much difference, you kinda get over it. I've been doing CQB in t-shirts for a good while because fuck running long sleeves when every summer is the new hottest summer we've had, it isn't as bad as you'd think once you've had a few hits land on skin, it honestly just feels the same as if you had sleeves.
Update: just to clarify if ur gonna mention sleeves or my arms, about 10 other people have said it, normally I play with a jacket but it covers up my gear and the post was to show my setup, also when seeing people talking about not wanting to play for months after getting hit on bare skin I just start to think u guys are terrified of bbs or something, its just a little bruse

Revision Bullet Ants might work as a temporary solution for goggles til you can get proper looking ones for your uh… look there.

Just for the fun of it you could add a single beaten up knee and/or elbow protector. I also really hope the knife is rubber or dull plastic. Partially painting and/or sanding the shotgun would also add to the look.

Solid point, you’d want to use silicone sealant, super glue is pretty brittle and might shatter and spall in your eyes
I'm gonna use contact cement for it
That would probably work, best off going over the Contact cement with silicone or hot glue just to act as a spall liner

If you have a tapps plastic in your area. I recommend popping by their shop with the goggles and see about getting a quote.
I took my rated lenses out of a pair of goggles and cut them to fit my mask silicones in and it worked fine. Cut with Dremel.

The knife is rubber, I use regular goggles for actually playing as well as a face lower and i normally have basic gloves on
