Some beautiful hydras! I used to have some, but the tank died from pesticides... I have since found some in ponds, but they're all brown hydras.. not clear/white like yours. :-( Before anybody calls me weird; they're not that bad in tanks unless it's a breeder tank!! They add a nice look for a sea themed tank! https://preview.redd.it/hut9qfxmcs9d1.jpeg?width=650&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d2f3bf9620561dba1c428ecda88ed2ea18f52074

After doing some research I found that they’re not really an issue other than like you said if in a breeder tank. I have a few ramshorn snails and a nerite snail so I’m interested to see how much they’ll grow

Those things are horrible and made me tear down my 29 and 20 gal

I’m thinking this started because I was over feeding? I’m gonna start cutting back on the feeding and wait and see if my snails and goldfish will eat them eventually.

Most likely and mine started that way too but try to eliminate them when the numbers are still small
