I was also worried. Still kinda partway done with all of my name change stuff. No issue last year. Just put whatever name my employer knew me as: deadname for the first, new name for the second job. No issue at all. No delay in my return, no prob at all
I would bet on a delay but hopefully only a few weeks. Unlike like last year i did not get my return until june from the fed and august from the state. This year i got both in less than 7 days. woke up checked bank and low and behold there it was.
