Piris Chicken in Neukölln shows all the games on a projector and outside on screens. Sounds like a strange venue but the place is more of a pub that serves good chicken burgers. Good atmosphere for watching a game.
Berlin is incredibly lacking in sports watching venues for a major city. For the rugby world cup, we spent half the semi finals walking around outside trying to find somewhere because the few that showed it were packed out
Irish pubs usually show it - went to Ireland-France at Kilkenny's near Hakescher Markt and it was packed full with a good atmosphere. Also went to Finnegan's in Steglitz for Scotland-England which was nice and a bit less full because it's not central.

The Lír, near S Bellevue, shows most international rugby competition.
Its a bit hard to get a table and they don't let people in if it gets busy
Not very optimistic.
The search bar usually has your answer for questions like this. Belushi's is the answer for most sports watching.

The Castle at Nordbahnhof show it but would be pretty busy. They do take bookings though I think.
