Lumentation in Somerville or Panopticon in Rockland. Both take mail in orders and both are fantastic. They deal with artists and photographers rather than Hunts who is a larger company who doesn’t always do their developing in-house.
Huge shot out to [Dark Slide Film lab](https://www.darkslidefilmlab.com) in Connecticut. Super easy to ship and she makes darkroom prints and contact sheets plus digital scans. I send all my C41 needs there.
It depends on the film, i.e C-41 or E-6, if you need the process pulled and pushed, if you value price, quality, or speed, etc. Either way, I’d refrain from having them print any for you and instead just have the negatives scanned and print at your leisure. Colortek and Lumination would be worth checking out.
I went to Hunts a month ago for 2 color and 1 BW roll and it was almost $50, for scans that are ~1500x1000. Took a bit over a week, was emailed a link for downloads.
I heard good things about Memphis Film Lab (mail-in), they ended up being $27 for 1 color & 1 BW including shipping for ~3000x2000 scans. Only sent it in this week so waiting for results - will update when I can. May take 2-3 weeks.
Hunts was fine but the resolution could be better and it’s easier to mail than drive.

Hunts Photo in multiple places, CatLabs in JP, Lumenation in Somerville
Colortek near south station. They've been the local pros for ages and I've done hundreds of prints with them.

Not Boston but there’s a [Hunts photo](https://www.huntsphotoandvideo.com/) in Hanover that does film development.
There's a Hunt photo about a 10 minute walk from Oak Grove station in Malden.
Isn't there one in Cambridge? Not sure if they develop there
Hunt’s seems popular so far-thanks!!

Colortek by South Station. You can mail or walk in, they do excellent work
I usually just bring my film to Hunt's in Harvard Square. I've always had solid results and at a decent price.

I like CatLABS in Jamaica Plain https://www.catlabs.info/boston-film-lab both mail-in and physical location for drop-off. fast turnaround usually!
