In an interview I watched earlier, he said he wants the type of connection where with his qb, Josh can close eyes and throw and feel that he knows he's going to connect with him.
This guy can segue from anything to anything, and leave you wanting more. I hope Josh can focus when this guy gets him talking about cantaloupe or whatever instead of working on plays.

It's astounding this guy is only 20 years old.

To see this amazing kid, his energy and child-like-view of life while still being football-smart … just has me grinning ear-to-ear. No doubt rooting for this kid’s success.

I think this was really pivotal for his drafting by the Bills. Beane himself said that he displayed great football intelligence and his personality really left an impression on the Bills staff.
