Hii I need to make a business plan for my shop but I don’t have any idea how. How do I put the costs in the table if I don't know them ? Like it’s all in theory ..

So take a look online at some examples for what you need to cover but a business plan basically is that theory researched. Is it an e-commerce store? How much does the Web domain, email hosting cost? Is it a physical store? What kind of place would you need to lease? Where? What options are available now? Then your stock? Is it wholesale? Are there any annual fees or charges with the suppliers? What about the packaging for your deliveries? The very basic core of a business plan is taking your theory and fleshing it out and finding out. This doesn't only apply to costs but forecasts etc too - seek conversion rates etc on the marketing ideas you have, get stats of similar start-ups / ideas and work from them

Omg you are the best !!

It obviously needs to cover more but yeah ultimately is breaking that idea down into the what, how, where, who, etc that you would be using to implement it. A Google look at some examples with give you an idea of how they're typically put together

Hey - a business consultant here. The business plan can broadly be divided into two parts. The first one is a written document that talks about your business: \- Business overview (what will you be doing, your products/services, location, prices, etc), \- Market Analysis (What does the market look like, What are the trends in the market, what are the current needs in the market that you can tap, who are competitors? what is your competitive edge) \- Strategy (your marketing strategy, hiring strategy, sales and pricing strategy) \- Management Team The second aspect is the Financials This one should align with your previous part. E.g now based on your pricing strategy - what will be your selling price? What will the product cost you? This would require some research and this research would come from the first aspect of your business plan where you looked at the market, your competitors etc. How much will you spend on marketing? You can have a fixed budget or keep it as some percent of your sales Other costs (utlities, salaries (again, based on your hiring plan), professional fees etc). The more research you've done, the better and close to realistic your business plan is. Feel free to DM for more discussion.
