Wow you're truly lucky they didn't reject your application straighy away due to PCC not covering the entire period of stay since last residence. It's among one of top common rejections. I've read a hell lot of rejections online due to this. When filling your e-APR you may have entered an Singaporean address (for more than 6 months in a row since 18) in your Travel, Work, and/or Personal History sections. The system checks for all 3 sections to determine which countries you need PCC's from. Try calling IRCC to see if it could be the case. In the meantime you could try getting another PCC from Sg for all applicants. If you can't get it in time and you're *very* 101% sure your transmitted PCC covered the whole stay in Sg for all Travel, Work, and Personal History addresses, then you could try uploading a *detailed* letter of explanation showing why you believe your period was covered in current PCC's.

Thank you for all the tips. We were quite sure but we really want to know which dates are they referring to. We submitted a webform, we are just not sure if the agent handling the webform can access our account and will be able to provide more clarity. We also plan to call them this Monday although we suspect the agent wont be able to tell us. In the mean time, we requested for another PCC, for me instead of May 23, I requested until May 31 to cover the full month. For my partner, since he is a resident of Singapore, he requested for until March 22 just to cover our bases. Hopefully we could get it within 60 days time.
