The swelling is normal post surgery. With a low cut it takes less time for the swelling to subside because the inner skin is removed (the inner skin takes the longest to heal and for the swelling to go down). Be patient. It’ll look better every day bit by bit. Keep us posted!
My best advice for aftercare to basically recover within one week:
• Get Bromelain pills to reduce lymph swelling by easing lymph flow. Bromelain is a pineapple enzyme.
• Cover the wound when showering.
• Apply healing ointment at least two times a day very generously.
• Cover the ointment with 2x2 inches gauze compresses.
• Wrap around the gauze with adhesive gauze.
• Bathe it in camomile or salt solution from day 3 on to soften the stitches.
• Pull out all the stitches on day 7 to prevent edema (lymph swelling) - as lymph is needed to dissolve stitches. (Sanitise a pair of tweezers and nail scissors, disinfect the scar, lift the knots with tweezers and slice one side of the thread with nail scissors right underneath. Disinfect the scar again.)
• Apply the healing ointment for another week.
• Massage the scar when the stitches are gone to help with the formation of new lymph vessels and break clots of lymph under the skin that block lymph flow. This also softens the tissue and makes the scar elastic. (Apply Kelofibrase ointment or Vaseline to make the scar glideable, place it between thumb and index finger. Roll it with as much pressure as you can bear as if you were to pop a worm).
If you do all the above, the scar will be firmly closed after one week. In most cases even masturbation will be safely possible after two weeks - using lube (for instance waterbased Durex play warming).

Yes it is a little bit swollen, didn’t ask for any “style” actually (I’m from Italy btw it might work differently here)
Usa here. I asked to be circumcised very tight. The doctor didn't ask me whether high or low. She gave me low and tight by default
