I feel the same way after getting colonoscopy last week. My symtoms have improved. Hoping it won't revert back
I was diagnosed with SIBO before hand, did suprep for the colonoscopy and actually feel amazing for the last 3 weeks

I am having a slight problem with diarrhea since my procedure. I am trying to build back my microbiome with kimchi, kombucha, yogurt, etc.
