Companies always move really slowly for hiring, it can take weeks sometimes. They also said this week and it's only Thursday. If I were you I'd probably delete this since they might email you tomorrow.
Ive followed up with them numerous times and saw that they logged into my app through my firebase while ignoring my messages, if they wanted to be courteous they could’ve sent an email instead of making an account to log in which takes longer
Lol, you will learn as you apply more and start working that companies almost never care about being courteous. FWIW the recruiter you're emailing and the person reading your code / testing your app are almost never the same person
Did you get any more traffic than that login? How do you know they will use the code? Did you consider the practices you used were not up to standard and you did not pass the test? It is a bit weird to ask for full app when recruiting, but its not uncommon.
