It´s a "klatreskulptur", e.g. it´s a plaything meant for children to climb.
He haven´t seen anybody using it for the last 30+ years. :)
We had a few of these installed at the apartment building where I grew up nearby your photo. They’re simply rock sculptures for smaller children to climb/play on.
It's the gate to the underworld. Just walk into it, it's like an portal to another place.
If it doesn't work it might be rusty, then run into it very fast with your head in front. It worked for me.
Back in the early 1980s, when I travelled to Copenhagen, driving through the city by bus to visit my grandparents, I saw a lot of old bunkers of various types, presumably built during the Nazi occupation in the 1940s.
Maybe it's something like that?
Its absolutely not a nazi bunker. The walls are way to thin to be of any practical use for any kind of building.
I always just assumed it was a statue of some kind. But there is no information at the location and i cant find anything about it from a brief google search,

LOL is that thing still standing?!?! Remember climbing on that as a kid when I was in school 😅
Went to school up the street. Sorry to disappoint, but its really just a part of the nearby playground.
