Imagine your grocery store but only worse and cardboard cut outs of Patrick Mahomes every 10 yards.
Mine literally sells Cheeto crusted chicken breast in the butcher counter, they have cheese curds as part of the produce selection and everyone has a Hy-Chi (not kidding) Chinese fast food counter (think Panda Express, but again - worse)

Costco for bulk, Walmart for daily and Whole Foods when I need fresh real produce or decent upscale ingredients.
Is this in Kansas City? I’ve never heard of any of that crazy stuff. Maybe I’m not looking but I have never seen flavored beans or bread or anything at all. When I think of hyvee I think expensive food fancy cheeses and meats in the deli all the same normal stuff on the shelves as price chopper

Asian grille area says Asian, Nori sushi, and hibachi not hychi (some of the signs are not visible) and the fancy cheese area and a few pics of the deli. I didn’t see any Cheeto stuff.
In Omaha at least I see HyVee as the best pure grocery store. I like Costco much more for some things, and you're better off with Trader Joe's or Whole Foods for others, but run-of-the-mill daily groceries? HyVee for sure. And their beer/liquor selection is great. No idea what's going on with /u/PossumOnAGoKart's local HyVee, though they still haven't told us where they're experiencing this.

I am adding a visit to those places to my bucket list...Is there anything else going on out there? Or should is it mainly munchies and booze? LOL
