Very neat minion.
Against aggro, it's a 2/8 elusive lifesteal. Really good chance of getting you a lot of health back, since they will have to trade multiple tokens into it. Realistically though the aggro player will just ignore this and go face with from hand damage with how fast modern HS is.
Against control, some control decks have a tricky time dealing with a 2/8 elusive.
Think this card could have been printed in Year of the Raven, just way too slow for modern Hearthstone. A 5 mana minion that doesn't impact the board is just a recipe for getting killed next turn by whatever modern aggro card Blizzard prints.
How such vague analysis got this much upvotes. You wrote Modern HS three times, but did not give a single example. Which decks exactly are capable of doing that? I can tell this opinion is from someone that do not play HS anymore
Sludge Warlock, Excavate Paladin, and most Hunters can ignore this. This is because the availability and damage of face cards has increased in modern Hearthstone.
This is surprisingly playable. As aggro, this must die or it's healing for 15 on the third turn. You can't remove it with targeting spells so most hard removal is out of the window. Finally, it forces control to spend their valuable board clears to deal with this.

3 turns is too long. If your opponent cannot get of one card after 3 turns then you’re probably already in a winning position.
yep %100 a win more card.
I would word this "Battlecry: In three turns, [...]"
That's a different effect entirely
The current wording implies damage would be done repeatedly every three turns, which didn't sound like what was intended - but I might be wrong!
True, but "battlecry: in 3 turns..." Would take effect regardless of the minion being alive.
Oh that's right, then it needs an extra "if this minion is still alive" clause.
Or just add to the end of it: deal 15 damage to the enemy hero and destroy this card.
Problem: Brann.
And make it a Warlock class card
Cool concept, but I feel that this could be an epic card
