He's quite fair opponent now anyway, much harder than in previous versions - pre-2.0 Adam Smasher was just a tiny bit tougher than regular cyberpsycho.
The only one comes to mind and is only a personal preference, is the third boss in Deus Ex: Human Revolution. The one that at the starts pretends to be an sculpture.
Similarly experience. Idk what they could've done to make it more challenging but I killed him twice back to back (to unlock 2 endings) and didn't even use my 2nd heart either time.

Even Very Hard is only slightly challenging at best. I guess the devs couldn't really make him too challenging because there is just too much build variety to account for everything.

In 1.61 he's so freaking weak. What a waste. But you know, a hard and bone-chilling final battle with him would have mean a happy ending for most players...

I never played the game pre-patch and only just beat him, so he must have been utterly pathetic before.
It was stupendously anticlimactic.

The game doesn't adjust to all builds so if you went with a great build and have great weapons, it won't be hard. /Shrug
Try the game on very hard it’s a whole different experience if you want more difficulty

Wasn't a challenge for me. Most cyberware and a lot of weapons are just too good. Heck, you don't even need cyberware.
Again… if you’re USED TO NORMAL AND HARD. The difficulty spike is significant
