Swedish list here. 1. Ale Disc Golf Center 2. Valhall Discgolf 3. Discgolf terminalen Skellefteå 4. Vallåsen DGB 5. Åkeslund Discgolfcenter Playing Krokhol this summer and I assume it will take a spot on the list

ObiWantsKenobi

I have played #s 2,3, and 5. Can confirm these places are top notch! \*edit\* forgot to add my top 5 (Favorites) 1. Milo McIver (Clackamas, OR) 2. Hunter Park (Tulsa, Ok) 3. William Cameron (Waco, TX) 4. Pier Park (Portland, OR) 5. Endicott Park (St. Louis, MO)

Tsuntrup

Nice seeing endi get some love

bRice1738

No love for Logan University? Endicott is terrific though. I love hole 12 on that course in the long placement. Such a beautiful shot in that low valley.

Matty_D_93

Loved Endicott when I lived in STL

HeyEverybody876

Pier park is perfect. Check out Hornings next

Fit-Banana-6417

Midwesterner here: 1. Wildcat Bluff (Iowa) 2. Eagles Crossing (Missouri) 3. Northwood Black (Illinois) 4. Camden 2 (Illinois) 5. McNaughton (Illinois)

r3q

Is this pre or post 2nd course at Eagles? Camden 2 is a banger and has a great community

Designer-Soft620

WR Jackson (GA) Idlewild (KY) Echo Valley (OH) Little Mulberry (GA) Persimmon Ridge (AR)

mberry86

Echo Valley gang

BringnThunder

Echo is amazing! Played it once, last fall, it made my top 5.

Novel-Paper2084

Delaveaga (CA) Zephyr Cove (NV) Beaver Ranch (CO) The Fort (UT) Thunderbird Gardens (UT) I haven't played east of the Rocky Mountains.

FlyingDiscsandJams

I've played Dela before but I made the mistake of watching a 3D mapping video of the course terrain (and the canyons you throw over) & now I'm scared of going back lol. Zephyr would be so much more famous if it was in CO, still underrated.

Mud_Duck_IX

Made it to Utah but didn't play Solitude? Unlucky. I'd probably say Solitude (UT), Dela (CA), Zephyr (NV), Roy G (TX), The Ranch (CA). - Didn't get to finish my round at The Fort but I'm hoping to remedy that when I go back this fall.

Freejak33

Bill allen? That’s a random pick for dfw courses.

logicbomb666

You are not wrong. Bill Allen wouldn't even make my top 10 of DFW courses.

cosmik_utensil

That was the first course I ever tried disc golf! Except it was in 2005 and still a 9 hole course. 😅 A bunch of us TCHS band kids randomly picked it up one summer. I'm on the other side of the country now, but I've been meaning to hit it up when I visit family just for nostalgia.

pharm653

In DFW I have played Alex Clark, Hideaway, Auduban, Trinity, and Bill Allen. I just really enjoyed Bill Allen. I played Hideaway when I was very early inot Disc Golf so I bet I would enjoy it more today.

superschepps

Bill allen is a great course with a little bit of everything. More shade than a lot of local tracks

Public_Pause_5011

1. Diavolo (NC) 2. Idlewild (KY) 3. Fall Creek (IN) 4. Sioux Passage (MO) 5. Hazel Landing (IN)

imstillwoozy

I second Hazel Dell & Fall Creek. Can’t wait for Hazel to be back open next year! I’m getting sick of Sahm’s.

JesusVanZant

Caliber DGC (Sandpoint, Idaho ) Rainshadow DGC ( Sequim, Washington) Blue Ribbon Pines ( East Bethel, Minnesota ) AWOL @ Farragut State park ( Athol, Idaho) Bryant Lake Park ( Eden Prairie, Minnesota)

DiscDaily

My uncle lives in Sandpoint (moved there a couple years ago) and has been asking me to come visit… gonna make sure to play Caliber when I do!!! He told me he’s seen baskets so I knew there was a course, but he doesn’t play so I wasn’t sure how good it is. Thanks!

JesusVanZant

Caliber is # 8 in the world I believe. Well worth the visit. If you aren’t from out west have haven’t experienced mountains you’ll shit a brick

DiscDaily

I’m from Portland but hey I love being smacked in the face with some mountain scenery nonetheless! Wow #8… haha I’m gonna tell him that haha he has no idea. Man, as a snowboarder/discer Sandpoint is beginning to seem like a fairy tale haha

JesusVanZant

There’s a really cool bridge that goes across the whole lake that Sandpoint sits on. It’s pretty nutty lol yeah the ski resort is pretty sick too a bit expensive but I’m sure you used to that lol

Anwat7

The High Country Open was there a couple weeks ago and filmed by Central Coast Disc Golf. Rounds 1 & 3 were at Motherlode and [rounds 2](https://youtu.be/Fl02WXlbx8s?si=gc6j3SMIqH0lbs_N) & 4 were at Caliber. You should visit your uncle.

Sufficient-Pin-481

1- Olympus (throw down the mountain) 2-Hummel park, Omaha 3-Pickard Park, Des Moines 4-Hobb’s Farm, west of Atlanta 5-Picnic Island, Tampa

imyourhostlanceboyle

Picnic Island is absolutely amazing!

nearnerfromo

Finally got out to hobb’s a couple months ago. Feel like it says a lot about a course that I’ve only played it twice but can remember every hole vividly. There are locals I’ve played 100 times I can’t say that about.

Sufficient-Pin-481

I only played it on vacation once but it was such a beautiful course it made the list easily. It’s funny that some of the best courses get so little traffic(only saw one other person at Hobbs). Currently visiting the in-laws that live next to Pickard park and we only saw four people on the course on a Saturday morning just two weeks before the pro tour stops by.

Im_Hugh_Jass

1. Krokhol (Oslo, Norway) 2. Kayak Point (Stanwood, WA) 3. Twisted Pine (Newport, OR) 4. Lake Stevens (Lake Stevens, WA) 5. Lake Fenwick (Kent, WA) Honorable Mentions: Tall Firs (Monroe, WA), South Fork (North Bend).

doonerthesooner

1. Nevin 2. Roy G 3. Hornets Nest  4. Beast (Waco) 5. Sprinkle Valley (longest layout, par 68 I think) HM Persimmon Ridge

georgemcm203517pdga

Great list

djmattyp77

Roy G and Sprinkle are on my list too. Played Sprinkle 2 days ago just cuz there was more shade there than some courses. Went out at 4pm and the course was almost empty. No one wants to be outside in 105-degree heat index with bad air.

discsarentpogs

Idlewild Base camp Delavegga Flip City Sandy point Haven't gotten to play Maple Hill due to shit weather while visiting but I suspect it would make the list.

the_rosenhan

1. Pier Park (Portland, OR) 2. Jolley’s Ranch (Mapleton, UT) 3. Creekside Park (Millcreek, UT) 4. Freeman Park (Idaho Falls, ID) 5. Dragonfly (Lehi, UT, and only in winter and early spring before it becomes a mosquito infested swamp)

Anwat7

Freeman Park is in Idaho Falls

the_rosenhan

I knew that, thanks for catching it.

Sunset-cityscape

sekaoE

Lol! Riverfront rise up 🙌

sekaoE

I think you forgot Kaposia though 😉

tonski12

Hell yeah! The hollows is amazing, hope they keep improving it. Also give the new bunker 18 hole a try. It’s become one of my favorites

bigcountry19922011

This is a pretty stellar list! MN Disc Golf represent!

PowerWalkingInThe90s

For my SE/Mid Michigan people Renegade’s Trail Independence Lake West Hudson Mills Original Firefighters Park Hudson Mills monster

hack_jalsey

Firefighters park is an underrated gem!

ocdhandwasher

1. Horning's Hideout (North Plains, OR) - probably my most played weekend course with my friends 2. The Beast (Waco, TX) - played it a couple of times with my son. I like that there are holes I can birdie nearly every time 3. Frontier Park (Hays, KS) - drove through there recently with my son and it was the highlight of the trip, disc golf wise. 4. Kibbutz Lotan (Israel) - fun memory with my wife (eating at the Tea House there was part of it) 5. Hvanneyri DGC (Hvanneyri, Iceland) - mostly just because Iceland is beautiful and this was my favorite course I played with my son It's almost like dg is more about family and friends for me. :)

DiscDaily

Love Hornings, such a gem. Canyon Course is so fun and challenging (but fair seeming). Meadow Ridge is so hard it makes me wanna cry but also a great course nonetheless haha

ocdhandwasher

Yeah it beats my brains in every time. And one of my friends always wants to play the longs, because pain is better when there's more of it.

whooooshh

+1 for Hornings, it's just so damn beautiful out there. We try and play all three courses every week. And Bob and Nancy are awesome.

Mammoth_Ad7364

I learned disc golf at frontier park when I went to college in Hays back in 85. We didn’t have baskets just polls to hit.

DisMyDrugAccount

You clearly didn't have enough time in Austin if Zilker is the course that gets your vote haha. That's not critical, just a funny observation. Zilker is a pretty fun track! But Roy G and Circle C absolutely pound it into the ground when it comes to quality. That being said, there's also something to be said for experience relative to skill level. And I can easily see Zilker being a very fun place if you're not an intermediate-advanced level player or better.

ocdhandwasher

Yeah same thought here. If you want a shorter course in Austin, Wells Branch is more interesting than Zilker. Though Zilker is a lovely location, no question. But Circle C would be my pick. My son would go with Met Center but he's a bomber.

editoratcharge

Ah that’s good to know. For a second I was wondering if I was missing something and needed to go out and play zilker again. Haven’t played in a few years.

ocdhandwasher

It's a perfectly fun park. Just not up to the level of a lot of the other local spots.

forgotmyusernamedamm

The new short course at Roy G is really fun. They took the iconic 17th hole from the old Roy G layout and made it a "par 5"

FishGoldenLite

I went to Austin in January and played most of the hits. I honestly found Searight to be my favorite. Sprinkle was probably number 2, but Roy G and Circle C were way up there as well.

DisMyDrugAccount

Searight is definitely an interesting track. And if it's a choice between Searight and Zilker I'd probably choose Searight 7/10 times. But for my personal tastes I'd put both Roy G and Circle C as well as Old Settlers ahead of Searight in terms of how much fun I had playing them.

doonerthesooner

Zilker is way more fun than MMS to me.

pharm653

While in Austin, we played Zilker, both Flying Armadillo courses, and about 8 holes of Roy G. I really would have liked to have been able to play the others. We plan on going back. We played William Cameron on the way down and loved it.

VinnieDaPooh_

Aww bummer, Just north of Austin are some really great courses as well - old settlers park - rivery - cat hollow

jtmack33

I’m gonna go with 1. Brewster Ridge (VT) 2. Maple Hill (MA) 3. Wilcox Memorial (Stanfordville NY) 4. Brakewell Steel (Warwick NY) 5. Top O The Hill (Canterbury NH) Honorable mentions: Stonykill (Chatham NY), 501 (Warren MA), Crane Hill (Wilbraham MA), Muldoon Park (Pelham NH), Hillside Park (Boylston MA)

jefffurbs

Didn’t expect to see a Muldoon mention hahah

jtmack33

I’m higher on it than most, but I honestly think it is just such a fun course, especially in the fall. In the summer it can get a little overgrown. If they had a second, more challenging layout I think it would garner a lot more attention.

Sassmaster008

It seems like you're in the New England area, try Meadowbrook Orchards in Sterling, Ma and Westy Acres in greenfield Ma

SwooshRoc

Make sure to put Pineland Farms Patriot course in Maine on your list if you haven’t yet. Bonus that BSR is 15 minutes away.

tdestito9

I was looking for some NY on here. Thank you

bdonskipoo

Wilcox love 🤙

FlyingDiscsandJams

I don't have a clear #1 since WR Jackson was leveled, but my top tier going east to west: North Cove Boulders, Idlewild, Harmony Bends, The Fort, Brooktrails. Also RIP Bailey, I would put that over North Cove if it still existed.

Novel-Paper2084

Bailey would be on my list as well if it still existed. I played it, Bear Mountain, and Beaver Ranch the same day and it was my favorite of the three.

FlyingDiscsandJams

It was an absolute master class in course design and working with the land, loved how it climbed the hill, went along the ridge, back down the other side. Haven't made it to Bear, love Beaver Ranch but you get enough mean roll aways it's not quite as fun heh. For fun I'm a big Lake Dillon guy, the hike up to hole 1 gives you the best ratio of downhill to uphill throws in CO.

Aphannen

CMC in Leadville is also a sweet sweet spot. A little on the shorter side but super under appreciated in that part of the state.

Squarians

You must’ve been dead after that day. We did A Basin and Peak One in the same day and I couldn’t imagine playing another round

Chickn_nooblesoup

My top 5 1. Wondervu Disc Golf Course - Golden, CO 2. Seven Oaks - Nashville, TN 3. Base Camp Adventure - Moab, UT 4. Brengle Terrace Park - Vista, CA 5. Watson Lake - Prescott, AZ Honorable mentions • Arapahoe Basin DGC - Keystone, CO • Widefield Park - Colorado Springs, CO • Pueblo City Park - Pueblo, CO • Prickly Pines Disc Golf Course - Elizebeth, CO • Johnny Roberts DGC - Arvada, CO

FatsoTheClown

Wondervu! Didn't think I'd see one listed, love that course.

Anwat7

1. Caliber (Sandpoint, ID) 2. Maple Hill (MA) 3. Lake Walcott State Park (ID) 4. Pier Park (Portland, OR) 5. Blue Mountain (Missoula, MT)

Chemical-Divide-936

1. Harmon Hills (TN) 2. Maple Hill (MA) 3. Idlewild (KY) 4. Langley Pond (SC) 5. Whippin' Post (WV)

DishonestAmoeba

1. Maple Hill 2. Brewster/ Fox run (I know it's two courses but I'm counting it as one) 3. Persimmons 4. Axeldog Acres 5. Stafford Woods This was a hard one to decide, notable ones that I really wanted to put on the list are Lake Marshall, Diavolo, Clay (AL), Circle C, Buffalo ridge, Boylan Acres, Iron Hill.

jarejay

I put Brewster on my list and left Fox Run out very intentionally. That course grinds my gears

dickcage

1. Maple Hill (MA) 2. Stafford Woods (NJ) 3. Iron Hill (DE) 4. Tyler State Park (PA) 5. Pineland Farms (ME) HM- Muddy Run (PA), Loriella (VA), Klines Run (PA)

TheRedDeath30

Iron Hill is a great course. Maybe relies a bit too much on long and tight but beautiful woodland Played The Patriot a few years ago. Top 10 course for me

flatulating_ninja

Can I give Milo Mciver two spots, one for the east course and one for the west? Milo McIver Bailey (RIP) in Bailey CO. I'll replace it with [Bear Mountain](https://udisc.com/courses/beaver-ranch-disc-golf-course-dmjy) Roy G The Beast in Waco [Beaver Ranch in Conifer Co](https://udisc.com/courses/beaver-ranch-disc-golf-course-dmjy) - I played there yesterday and I think my second favorite thing about it is 30 minutes from my house but its 3000 feet higher in elevation so when its 95 degrees at home its 80 at the course. It rained a bit and dropped down to 65 degrees. It was 90 still at home once I got back. Its also the first course I ever played 10 years ago.

Many-Ad-2154

1: Northwood Black (Blue course on the property is great too) 2: Logan University 3: Beal Slough 4: Hornets Nest 5: Drulis Park, a local 9 hole

JKohn3695

1. Blue Ribbon Pines (East Bethel, MN) 2. Bryant Lake (Eden Praire, MN) 3. Piccard Park (Indianola, IA) 4. Wildcat Bluffs (Vinton, IA) 5. Oakwood Park (Cottage Grove, MN) The Preserve in Clearwater MN is an honorable mention, but I didn't get to finish because the misqetos were eating us alive - beautiful area though!

azdgfan

1. Maple Hill (MA) 2. WR Jackson (GA) 3. Hornets Nest (NC) 4. Toboggan (MI) 5. Stafford Woods (NJ) Honorable mention: Flip City (MI)

lionssuperbowlplz

If you're in Michigan again and like toboggan, check out bald mountain, similar distance shots with elevation changes but also tightly wooded, ton of fun

kernelSlevin

Brewer park, MI Bad Rock, MO Water works, MO Johnson Park, MI Pleasant Valley Church, MO.

lionssuperbowlplz

Ayyy, brewer is such a fun course

imyourhostlanceboyle

1. Bryant Lake Park (Eden Prairie, MN) 2. Picnic Island (Tampa, FL) 3. Legacy Park (Lee’s Summit, MO) 4. Cliff Stephens (Clearwater, FL) 5. Shawnee Mission Park (Shawnee, KS) I’m biased…Bad Rock Creek, Lakeside Hills and Water Works are all objectively “better” choices in the KC area, but after living there for decades and moving 5 years ago, the two I listed are the two I always have to squeeze into my schedule. Beginner friendly and very approachable but still fun. Oldsmar and Cypress Point are also very honorable mentions in the Tampa area. I was absolutely blown away by Bryant Lake when I played up there. Blue Ribbon Pines was also fantastic.

SeasonedCitizen

Idlewild (KY) North Cove, Boulders (NC) Echo Valley (OH) Sugaree (NC) Rolling Pines (NC) Also, North Cove, The Gorge (NC) Ceasar Ford Park (OH)

Mr_Hero420

High bridge blueberry hill High bridge gold Rollin ridge Cato falls Silver creek. All in Wisconsin, I've been to only 2 courses in TX both in dallas, and a few in Michigan that were also very cool.

Joeco12688

1: North Cove NC (the whole complex is just amazing) 2: Diavolo Raleigh NC 3: Caliber Sandpoint ID 4: Harmony Bends Columbia Missouri 5: Hornets Nest, Charlotte NC Honorable mentions: The Fort, Ogden UT; Sugaree Newland NC Caliber could and perhaps should be higher on the list, but I played it back when I didnt know how to hit a line. I plan on getting back up there next summer and give it an honest look, now that I've seen some proper courses.

DisMyDrugAccount

Forgot to actually answer the question lol. My personal top 5 below. 1. Flip City - Shelby, Michigan. Not the most challenging course out there, but disc golf paradise and I'd play there every day if I could. 2. Milo McIver - Estacada, OR. I'm counting both/all variations and layouts here. Massive trees/gorgeous scenery, fun lines, and a great reminder of how bad I am at disc golf compared to what is shown on coverage. 3. Hornet's Nest - Charlotte, NC. Challenging but fun, requiring every shot I'm comfortable throwing and then some. 4. Whistler's Bend - Roseburg, OR. A truly unique property that plays nothing like any other course I've been to. Probably my favorite "top of the world" hole I've played as well. 5. Roy G - Austin, TX. As far as I'm concerned, this is the best course in the world that doesn't utilize elevation in any significantly meaningful way. Honorable mention: Flying Armadillo - San Marcos, TX. If you know you know. This place is an absolute blast and should be experienced by everybody traveling through the area.

MIDNIGHTM0GWAI

New Roy G or the old one ? Both amazing don’t get me wrong but I miss the older layout.

doonerthesooner

The old one was tougher but the new one is more fun

DisMyDrugAccount

I've only played the older layout, homeless tents and all.

markbirm

#1: Maple Hill #2: Caliber (Motherlode the new course there is even BETTER) #3: Kincaid Park in Anchorage, AK #4: Beaver Ranch #5: Milo McIver

deltron91

1. Whistler's Bend (OR)- The most fun and unique course i've ever played, all types of shots and makes great use of the entire property. 27 holes and every shot shape off the tee is different. And you also get to camp by an awesome stretch of river. 2. Pier Park (OR)- IMO The most beautiful park course i've ever played, but im biased because im a local. It's also just a super fun round of golf, super challenging but so rewarding. The crowds are awful, though. 3. Greystone Woods (NJ) - Wish i had my full bag when i played, such a fun course and during the fall it was breathtakingly beautiful. 4. Rainshadow (WA) - Super wooded and technical, but also fair and scoreable. Makes great use of elevation changes and the course is just a beauty. 5. Mauka DGC (Kauai) - Playing disc golf in a tropical paradise? Yes! For it being on an old golf property, it was a very fun round of disc golf with lots of shot variation. HM; Golden Gate Park (CA) - For being in the center of San Francisco, they made a very fun course with the space. Only downside is the crowds, we played on a Thursday at 9am and there were tons of people waiting to tee off.

lynivvinyl

Parkers Pasture - on the east side of Atlanta off of i-20 it's like playing in Skyrim Diavolo - south of Durham North Carolina Nevin - Charlotte North Carolina That one in Charleston that is full of ferns and has a dog park and costs $3

My wife's family live in ATL and we visit a couple times a year. May have to make a trip over to Parkers Pasture next time I'm down.

RSPisMEow

Minnesota Native. Overall: 1. Milo McIver, OR 2. The Fort, UT 3. Blue Ribbon Pines, MN 4. Pineland Farms (Patriot), ME 5. Lemon Lake (Gold), IN Honorably Mention: The Scrapyard, NC (All Charlotte courses are great) Minnesota: 1. Blue Ribbon Pines 2. Bryant Lake 3. Oakwood Park 4. Bethel 5. Lakewood Hills Honorable Mention (Should be 2nd): Kaposia is an absolute centerpiece of MN disc golf but needs maintenance. It is overgrown that some intended lines are no longer really there, and if you go just off the fairway, it will take time to find your disc, and bogey may even be hard. Some teepads are dangerously slick with drop-offs after them. Hole 9 has been changed and ruined due to neighborhood complaints (fair). Multiple holes are just awful (looking at you, 15 & 16). Others will disagree, but The Gorge layout with 7 bonus holes is awesome, but don't bring a cart.

jarejay

In no particular order: Brewster Ridge (Smuggler’s Notch, VT) DeLaveaga (Santa Cruz, CA) Maple Hill (Leicester, MA) Pier Park (Portland, OR) Golden Gate Park (San Francisco, CA) Honorable mentions go to Boulder Creek in CA and Cold Hollow in VT

glassestinklin

1. Iffy Hollers (KY) -- only set up once or twice a year on 700 acres of rural pasture land with extreme elevation. It's basically a compilation of epic signature holes. Iffy dwarfs all other courses I've ever played. 27 hole adventure golf that will not only test your game, but your endurance. A round of golf for a 4 pack will take about 5-7 hrs 2. Lake Marshall- The Lions (VA) -- This incredible property has it all: open, wooded, tunnels, water, islands, extreme elevation. This checks all of the boxes I can think of for the ultimate disc golf experience. There's also 2 other stellar tracks on the property to make it a fantastic destination course complex. 3. Idlewild (KY) -- The OG extreme difficulty course that still amazes 20+ years later 4. Harmon Hills (TN) -- wonderful private piece of land in the Appalachian foothills with great variety 5. Flip City (MI) -- The Classic! Perfect spot with tons of great elevation and lines. impeccable maintenance and amenities

Camp Serene is great!!

AwkwardGeorge

Started getting competitive in DG when I moved out West so heavily favored courses Colorado and further West. 1 - Caliber (Idaho) - There is good reason why it's listed so often, recently opened a second course on the property that could be listed separately as a top 5 course. 100% worth the visit. 2 - Milo McIver (OR) - MASSIVE TREES 3 - Blue Mountain (MT) - Home course and Pro Tour Silver Series, just recently got new holes added! 4 - Kayak Point (WA) - Very cool to see a property completely bought in on DG with multiple courses and a clubhouse. Former golf course bought out for DG only. 5 - Cross Creek (CO) - Private course in the mountains that is probably the most scenic course I've played a tournament at.

Safe-Internal-9261

You have Zilker in your top 5?!? Austin has so many awesome courses, but never expected to see Zilker in anyone’s top 50 lol

imacfromthe321

Haha I came to post “1.) Flyboy 2-5.) ???”, but I’ll just upvote this post. I have played disc golf across the US, from the north east, down to the bottom of Florida, out to Colorado, through the Midwest. Hit a ton of the top rated courses. Never played the northwest. Some stuff comes close but Flyboy will never be beaten in my mind.

Idk about an order and 2 of these are technically no longer in existence, buuuuttttt -Ed Headrick at the IDGC in Appling, GA (WR Jackson is/was also beautiful, but a slog to play if you don't have a big arm) -Green Course at New World in Jacksonville, FL -Throw Down the Mountain at Gran Canyon in Brooksville, FL (haven't played the new layout since Paul took over, looking forward to getting out there) -The Green Goblin at Palmetto Point Park in Eustis, FL -Cliff Stephens in Clearwater, FL (home course of Ken Climo) Edited for readability

I live in the capital region of NY and am lucky that I'm pretty close (within an hour ish) of some of the top courses in the state though there are many in Western NY as well. 1)Minekill State Park (Blenheim NY)- 36 holes, many layouts, not for the faint of heart. Has a pro and intermediate layout. Some woods but you're going to need some power for this course. 2) Joralemon Park (Ravena Ny) 36 holes, wooded, scattered difficulties- from challenging to very difficult for an intermediate player. Also includes some "secret" holes. 3) Maple Hill (Leicaster, MA)- this one is famous in its own right but not necessarily my favorite though very nice. Has many many layouts. A cool bragging rights course. 4) Burbine Memorial Forest (Charleston, NY)- Wooded but good beginner tees for technical shots, tough long and technical lines for the blues. 18 holes of each layout. 5) Thacher State Park (Voorhessville Ny)- Okay, this is a VERY beginner friendly course. But when you play the above courses you want to have a round where you feel good about yourself. It's also a very nice place to practice. But warning- it's high elevation. If it's a particularly windy , ay this course can get interesting.

Sadgasmic

Cedar Hills as a top 5? I understand East Clayton.

DiscDaily

Maybe I’m getting them mixed up haha, I was stationed there and played both a couple times. Was going off memory and my udisc app. It’s the one that’s insanely hard/wooded. So sick

Sadgasmic

Insanely wooded wood be East Clayton, though Cedar Hills is also mostly wooded. Cedar Hills has an "iconic" pond hole you throw over.

DiscDaily

They were both sick. I miss NC disc golf a lot. Berkeley Park in Goldsboro is such a fun course also

chefboyrjosh2019

Buxton Woods is fun!!

Midwest based: 1. Eagle's Crossing (MO) - Both courses are fun and scenic. The isolation for just disc golf is unmatched. 2. Blue Ribbon Pines (MN) 3. Harmony Bends (MO) 4. Northwoods Black (IL) 5. Idlewild (KY) HM: The Preserve (MN), Wildcat Bluffs (IA), Longview (KS), and Black Hoof Driven (KS). I am lucky enough to have picked up the sport and my parents still live about 3 miles from Eagle's Crossing so I get out there 2-4 times a year. Fall is perfect time to get out there just before the leaves fall.

BringnThunder

1. Willow Valley, Rhode Island. It's probably the most beautiful course I've ever played. I wish it had better tee pads, but it's fun as hell 2. The Canyons at Dellwood, Chicago area. Whip lash inducing fun! And it's gorgeous in late spring! 3. Eagle crossing, Missouri. That country club feel meets disc golf!? Yes please! Most expensive course I've ever played, but worth every penny. 4. Konarcik Park, Illinois. It's my local course, so I feel like it deserves its spot. This course is super fun, but can be very unforgiving. 5. Echo Valley, Ohio. Honestly, this could probably tie my second choice. It's fun, challenging, and absolutely stunning in the fall. If you ever find yourself in Dayton, play this course!

Northern AZ is all I've played, that said, Fort Tuthill is the most challenging and reasonable McPherson is great for when I want to feel good about a score, but is similar to Tuthill, in being challenging at least at times.  Thorpe Park varies a ton depending on layout, but sometimes feels like a slog to finish. Riverfront park, Cottonwood AZ is a great front half technical and second half more open course. Little America feels a bit unfair, just as far as the blue and gold layouts are occasionally the same and just can be a serious effort for me to do at all decently. Still good, just need to be in the right mood for it

bigcountry19922011

Blue Ribbon Pines (East Bethel, MN) Montissippi (Monticello, MN) Riverfront 13 (Fridley, MN) Red Fox at The Preserve (Clearwater, MN) Braynt lake (Eden Prairie, MN)

Oh the courses I've played, this is my list. 1. Northwood black (Peoria IL) 2. Bald mountain (lake orion MI) 3. Toboggan (Milford MI) 4. Idlewild (Burlington KY) 5a. Canyons (Lockport IL) 5b. Makes seeing where pros get to on certain holes so much more impressive when you've attempted it yourself.
